Connect HubSpot to Ndever

Follow these steps to link your HubSpot account and start syncing live deal and pipeline data into your Ndever Metrics and Objectives.

Before you begin

You must be an admin of your Ndever organization to connect integrations. If you are not an admin, ask your organization admin to complete this setup.

Login: https://app.ndever.io

In the Ndever sidebar, go to the bottom left corner and click your name. A small menu will appear with Profile, Settings, Admin Panel, and Log out.

Go to Settings → Integrations

Click Settings from the menu. On the Settings page, select Integrations from the left sidebar. You will see the HubSpot integration card.

Click "Connect HubSpot"

On the Integrations page, find the HubSpot card and click the orange Connect HubSpot button. This will redirect you to HubSpot's authorization page.

Authorize Ndever in HubSpot

You will be taken to HubSpot. Log in if prompted, then review the requested permissions and click Allow to grant Ndever access to your HubSpot CRM data — including deal values and pipeline data.

What Ndever accesses:

  • Deal values and pipeline stages
  • Contact and company records
  • Sales and marketing activity data

Create your first Metric

After authorizing, you will be redirected back to Ndever automatically. Head to the Metrics tab in the sidebar, then click New Metric in the top right.

You will see a library of HubSpot-connected metric templates — things like Current ARR, Open Pipeline Value, Closed-Won Deal Count, and more. Select a template, preview your live HubSpot data to confirm it looks right, then finish setting up the metric. It will sync from HubSpot automatically from there.

Attach metrics to an Objective

With your metrics live, head to Objectives to set a target and time window. Ndever will show plan vs actual, forecast, and surface drift the moment your trajectory starts slipping — before the quarter is over.

Setup summary

  5. Build Metrics & Objectives

After connecting

Head to Metrics in the sidebar to create your first HubSpot-powered metric, then attach it to an Objective to see plan vs actual and drift.
