Our Privacy Commitment
We collect and use data to provide and improve Ndever’s services. We do not sell personal information. You control your data and can request access or deletion.
Effective Date: November 6, 2025 • Who we are: Ndever Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation.
1) Key Definitions
Personal Data: Information that identifies or can reasonably identify a person (e.g., name, email).
Customer Data: Data you or your users connect to Ndever from your systems (e.g., HubSpot, QuickBooks), including business metrics. You own Customer Data.
Service Data: Operational data we generate to run the service (logs, device data, usage analytics).
AI Outputs: Content generated by Ndever’s AI features from inputs and context you provide.
2) Data We Collect
Account & Billing: Name, email, company, role, workspace settings. Billing is handled by Stripe and may include address and tax details.
Product Usage: Actions taken, feature usage, timestamps, device/browser info, IP, cookies and similar technologies.
Integrations: Upon your explicit connection, we ingest only the scopes/objects needed to power selected metrics and features.
Support & Comms: Messages, feedback, and files you send to us.
3) How We Use Data
Provide, secure, and improve the Service, including troubleshooting and analytics.
Operate subscriptions, taxes, and payments via Stripe.
Deliver AI-assisted insights and features. AI outputs are advisory; you should verify before acting.
Communicate product updates, onboarding, and support. You can opt out of marketing emails.
Enforce terms, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4) How We Share Data
Processors/Service Providers used to operate Ndever (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, Stripe for payments). They act on our instructions.
Integrations You Connect (e.g., HubSpot, QuickBooks). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of data.
Legal when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
We do not sell Personal Data.
5) Your Choices & Rights
Access/Correction/Deletion: Request access, corrections, or deletion of Personal Data at /contact-us.
Export: You can export Customer Data from within the product or by request.
Marketing Opt-Out: Unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails.
Cookies: Control cookies via browser settings. Some features may rely on cookies.
6) Data Retention
We retain Personal Data while you have an account and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Following termination, Customer Data may be deleted after approximately 30 days. You can request earlier deletion, subject to backups and legal holds.
7) Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) International Transfers
We may process data in the United States and other locations. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.
10) Payments & Taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects limited billing and tax information to calculate and remit taxes where applicable. See Stripe’s privacy policy for details.
11) AI Features
Inputs you provide to AI features may be processed to generate outputs. We do not use your Customer Data to train public models.
Outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for review and use.
12) Region-Specific Notices
GDPR/UK GDPR: Ndever acts as a controller for account and Service Data and as a processor for Customer Data we handle on your instructions. Legal bases include performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent where obtained, and legal obligations. A Data Processing Addendum is available for customers.
CCPA/CPRA: We are a “service provider” for Customer Data and a “business” for certain account data. You have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell Personal Data.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
