Is this free beta a fit?

Free for 3 months. High-touch by design. Weekly usage required.

Fit check

Good fit

  • You already run a weekly pipeline or growth review (even if it’s messy)
  • HubSpot is your system of record for Sales and Marketing
  • You want fewer surprises and less meeting prep
  • You can assign one owner for the first Objective

Not a fit

  • You want a BI tool or a reporting rebuild
  • You can’t commit to weekly usage and a short touchpoint
  • You’re mid-CRM migration or redefining your entire process
  • You’re looking for a self-serve trial with no interaction
Bottom line: decision checkpoint at 30–60 days — opt out or sign a non-binding LOI.
Questions about privacy, access, data usage, and support are answered below in the FAQ section.

What the HubSpot beta includes

The beta is intentionally focused on your weekly operating review. The goal is not more dashboards. The goal is fewer surprises and faster decisions.

Starter metrics pack

Opinionated HubSpot signals across Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Support. Built for weekly review, not reporting sprawl.

See the list

Objectives tied to metrics

One active Objective to start, with owners and clear targets. Your weekly review stays aligned to outcomes.

Plan vs actual tracking (GVM)

A simple way to see whether progress is on pace. If you are drifting, you see it early.

How it works

Weekly Meeting Mode

A repeatable meeting flow that turns the dashboard into decisions, follow ups, and owners.

What we do (high touch)

  • Connect HubSpot and validate your data access and definitions.
  • Activate the starter metrics pack and confirm a weekly cadence.
  • Set up your first Objective and owners.
  • Run a weekly touchpoint to iterate based on real usage.

What you do (commitment)

  • Use the dashboard weekly.
  • Run Meeting Mode for your weekly review.
  • Assign an internal owner for the Objective.
  • Share feedback weekly (short, direct, practical).

What we decide (checkpoint)

  • At 30 to 60 days: opt out, or sign a non binding LOI for conversion.
  • At 90 days: convert to paid (intro pricing for beta graduates), or end access.
  • Optional: approved testimonial and screenshots (anonymized if needed).

Terms are documented in the Beta Customer Agreement.

What happens in the first 90 days

This is structured so you get value quickly, then we iterate based on what breaks in real life.

Week 1
Setup

Connect and validate

  • Connect HubSpot and confirm permissions.
  • Activate starter metrics and sanity check the numbers.
  • Choose your weekly meeting (pipeline, growth review, or similar).
Weeks 2 to 4
Adoption

Run the cadence

  • Run Meeting Mode weekly.
  • Set up one active Objective with owners and targets.
  • Start capturing context (why a number moved).
Weeks 5 to 12
Iteration

Tighten and expand

  • Improve definitions where needed (so meetings stop debating data).
  • Add a second Objective only if week one is stable.
  • Decide on LOI at the checkpoint window.

What you should expect to change during the beta

The beta is not a passive trial. You will see weekly improvements based on usage data and feedback. If you want a static tool that never changes, this is not the right program.

GVM: see if you are on pace early

GVM (Goal Value Management) answers a simple weekly question: are we on pace to hit the target, based on what has happened so far?

What it is

A plan line from the Objective start value to the target value, compared to what actually happened. It makes drift visible without extra reporting.

What it is not

Not a finance model. Not a BI dashboard. Not a replacement for HubSpot reports. It is a weekly pace check tied to your Objective.

Why it matters

Most teams find out they missed a goal after it is too late. This shows drift while you can still course correct.

In the beta you will see plan vs actual on Objective metrics, plus simple indicators when you are ahead or behind pace. The intent is action, not reporting.

HubSpot starter metric pack

This list is intentionally limited. You can expand later, but the beta is designed to prove the cadence first.

Marketing

  • Leads Created
  • MQLs Created
  • MQL Rate
  • Marketing Emails Sent
  • Email Opens
  • Email Clicks

Sales

  • Deals Created
  • Active Deals
  • Open Pipeline Value
  • Win Rate
  • Average Deal Size (Closed-Won)
  • Current ARR
  • Total Revenue

Customer

  • Customers Added
  • Net Customer Growth

Support

  • Open Tickets
  • High Priority Tickets
  • Average Ticket Close Time

Metric availability depends on your HubSpot configuration and permissions. We validate during onboarding.

Data, privacy, and access

The beta is designed to be safe to evaluate. You control what is connected and who can see what.

What we read

Metrics required for the starter pack. We do not need to import your entire CRM to run the weekly cadence.

What we store

The metric values we display, plus the context you add (like notes about why something changed). This keeps meetings grounded.

Who can access

Your team members you invite. If you need role based access, we will align during onboarding.

Practical guardrails (beta)

  • You can start with a limited set of metrics before expanding.
  • You can anonymize screenshots if you approve testimonials.
  • You can opt out at the checkpoint window if it is not working.

Details are in the Beta Customer Agreement.

Beta FAQ

This section mirrors the most common questions from the FAQ page, scoped specifically to the HubSpot beta. If you want the full FAQ, open the FAQ page.

No. It is a high touch beta program. It is free for three months, but it requires weekly usage and feedback. The goal is to prove a repeatable weekly cadence, then convert at the end.

Enough access to calculate the starter metrics pack (pipeline, lifecycle counts, emails, tickets, and similar). We validate what is available during onboarding and adjust if your HubSpot setup differs.

That is normal. The beta helps you surface definition issues quickly. We start with a small set of signals and tighten definitions so the weekly meeting stops debating the data.

No. Ndever sits above HubSpot to run the cadence: Objectives, plan vs actual pace checks, and Meeting Mode. HubSpot remains your system of record.

The weekly meeting time stays the same. The time you get back is meeting prep and reporting work. Expect a short weekly touchpoint with Ndever for feedback and iteration.

We run a checkpoint: opt out, or sign a non binding LOI for conversion. This keeps the beta honest and prevents zombie pilots.

Beta graduates get introductory pricing when converting. Final pricing depends on scope (users and integrations), but the beta is designed to prove value before expansion.

Yes. The beta includes onboarding plus a weekly touchpoint. The program is designed to be used by the team, not just an admin.
