GVM (Goal Value Management) measures whether execution is tracking to plan, early enough to course-correct.
GVM compares planned targets vs actual performance for a metric under an Objective on a consistent cadence. It is inspired by earned value concepts, but designed for modern operating metrics.
For each metric, Ndever maintains a plan curve (where you expected to be) and compares it to actuals (where you are). When drift shows up, Ndever surfaces it clearly and prompts corrective action.
Most teams discover they missed a goal too late. GVM makes variance visible early so teams can course-correct mid-flight and protect outcomes.
In the beta, you will see plan vs actual tracking on Objective metrics, plus clear indicators when performance is ahead or behind plan. The intent is action, not reporting.
